Ihre Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine:n Project & Education Manager (m/w/d), der:die die Brücke zwischen unseren Pharma-Partnern, unserem Medical Editorial Team und der wissenschaftlichen Didaktik bildet. 
Du koordinierst Projekte, planst Inhalte strategisch und sorgst dafür, dass medizinische Lernformate fachlich fundiert, didaktisch hochwertig und reibungslos umgesetzt werden.

Projektleitung & Kundenmanagement
  • Hauptansprechpartner:in für unsere Pharma- und Industriepartner im Bereich Medical Education
  • Steuerung von Projekten von der Konzeptionsphase bis zur Veröffentlichung auf der Medudy-Plattform
  • Strukturierung und Planung von Lerninhalten in enger Abstimmung mit Partnern und dem Redaktionsteam
  • Organisation und Moderation von Kick-offs, Feedbackschleifen und Freigaben

Educational Design & Content-Strukturierung
  • Übersetzung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Themen in effektive Lernkonzepte und Curricula
  • Beratung zu didaktischer Struktur, Lernzielen und Umsetzung in digitalen Formaten
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Konsistenz und Relevanz der Inhalte
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Ärzt:innen, Medical Writer:innen und Designer:innen

Prozessmanagement & Optimierung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unserer Abläufe im Projekt- und Content-Management
  • Einführung effizienter Tools und Workflows (z. B. KI-basierte Prozesse)
  • Monitoring von Timelines, Budgets und Qualitätskennzahlen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Medizin, Pharmazie, Biologie, Public Health, Medical Education oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich Medical Education, Scientific Communication oder Healthcare-Agentur
  • Fähigkeit, medizinische Inhalte und Lernziele zu verstehen und didaktisch sinnvoll zu strukturieren
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Pharmaunternehmen und medizinischen Expert:innen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Organisation und Abstimmung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (Asana)
  • Interesse an digitalen Lernformaten und KI-gestützten Workflows
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
